at their newly-
completed house off Bitney Springs Road. Anna and Bill lease land

Hahn and Dover Easements
Add 240 Acres
to Land Trust Conservation
December 20, 2007 – Holger and Tacy Hahn donated a conservation
easement on their 158 acres on Deer Creek. This conservation easement
will protect about 3500 feet of Deer Creek, along with grasslands,
blue oak woodlands, and mixed conifer habitat. It is a beautiful
property and is near the Trabucco property, giving us a solid foundation
for conserving land along the lower part of Deer Creek.
Al and Lynne Dover added just over 83 acres to the 15 acres they've
already conserved further upstream on Deer Creek (off Peaceful Valley
Road). This conservation eaement will conserve mixed conifer habitat,
a portion of Deer Creek, and a small-scale working forest.
