GENERAL INFORMATION
The events begins around 5 PM with a variety of entertaining activities. Folks can come early to place their lawn chairs in a primo spot in front of the main stage. There will be food, dessert, a local wines pavilion and other beverages available for purchase. You can have a picnic and listen to live music in the festival area. Check out the interactive exhibits at the Celebration of Lands featuring wildlife, birdwatching, trails information, land conservation projects, community outdoor recreation programs, and more! Don’t miss out on our silent auction and live auctions. Mainstage music begins at 7:30.
The North Star House, 10275 Old Auburn Road, is located just off McCourtney Road near the Nevada County Fairgrounds in Grass Valley.
General Admission Economy Parking: Generally use the fairgrounds with a shuttle to the event.
A limited number of parking spots are available at the North Star House grounds for vendors and volunteers. Permits are required.
Gala attendees and ADA license holders, after check-in will be directed to park at the North Star House grounds.

CONSIDERATIONS
• We strongly encourage car-pooling
• Bring your low-backed, low-seat chairs (30 inches or lower). High back or high seat chairs will be in a section toward the back. No umbrellas, please. The site will be in full shade for the concert.
• Ladies, high heels might look great with your outfit but they are not recommended

• This is a no smoking event
